Help topics available for FPS generally describe the functionality available to anyone who has edit rights to all parts of the application and who is licensed to use all the modules available in FPS. If you do not have administrator-level permissions or are not licensed for all modules and add-ons, then you do not have access to all the functionality described in "" Help. Keep this information in mind if you find help content related to functionality that does not appear in your application or that behaves differently than described.

    Financial Performance Suite (FPS) offers various training videos that outline the distributed forecasting process, capital and non-interest expense allocations, cost of credit, and funds transfer pricing.

    Financial Performance Suite's (FPS') interactive page shows key information that is based on your user permissions and the FPS modules licensed by your institution.
  • In-App Notifications
    Depending on the notification setup preferences, notifications appear on the Notifications page when reports are generated or certain other events occur.

    When your institution is licensed for the Daily Dashboard module, then the Daily Dashboard page allows you to view Power BI™ reports.

    When your institution is licensed for Customer Profitability and/or Organization Profitability, then the Profitability menu gives you insight into your customer relationships and/or lets you process and view allocations.
  • Pricing
    When your institution is licensed for the Pricing module, then the Pricing page allows you to view all the relationships that you are authorized to see.
  • Forecasting
    When your institution is licensed for the Forecasting module, selecting this menu item gives you access to numerous different forecasting options based on your user permissions.
  • ALM
    The Asset Liability Management (ALM) module includes the Earnings at Risk tool and the Economic Value of Equity (EVE)/Net Economic Value (NEV) tool.
  • CECL
    The Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) module allows you to view the CECL Summary grids and apply Qualitative Factor Coefficient (Q Factor) Adjustments to your accounts so that you can weigh them.
  • Scorecard
    The Scorecard module allows you to view scorecard results based on your assigned permission level and user access.
  • Reporting
    The Reporting menu allows you to view and create standard reports from several different categories based on your licensed modules.
  • Update
    The Update menu option allows you to access the Daily Update Process, the Monthly Update Process, and the Reconciliation Summary pages.
  • Setup
    The Setup menu option allows you to access several areas of the application.
  • Grids
    There are many different grids in the application. Most provide sorting, filtering, viewing, exporting, searching, and data selection functionality. Some grids provide options that let you summarize the data by criteria such as officer, status, type, or organization.

    Since Financial Performance Suite (FPS) is a web-hosted application, an active connection to the internet is required for each machine used to access it.
