Scorecard

The Scorecard module allows you to view scorecard results based on your assigned permission level and user access.

When an administrator publishes the institution's scorecards, the application performs the calculations that populate the scorecard results for the current month. Annualized scorecard results appear on the Scorecard page, but what you see depends on your assigned permissions on the Setup > Manage Users > User Detail page and the Setup > Manage Users > Scorecard Access page.

The three scorecard views are:

  • Executive
  • Manager
  • User

  • Scorecard Executive View
    Administrators with the Executive permission for Scorecard can see all the financial institution (FI) regions or departments.
  • Scorecard Manager View
    Managers with the Manager permission for Scorecard can view the high-level results of all the scorecards for their assigned branch.
  • Scorecard User View
    Users with the User permission for Scorecard can only view their own scorecard results.
  • Scorecard Setup Process
    An administrator, such as the CFO or the head of Human Resources, must complete the setup on the Manage Users and Manage Scorecards pages to use the Scorecard module to measure incentive achievement.
