Scorecard User View

Users with the User permission for Scorecard can only view their own scorecard results.

Scorecard permission and access are set up on the Setup > Manage Users > User Detail page and on the Setup > Manage Users > Scorecard Access page.

Administrators and managers with the Executive and Manager permissions for Scorecard can examine the results of individual scorecards that are assigned to them.

When a scorecard is opened, you can see the scorecard's list of categories and the level of achievement.

Tip: When a grid appears in the Scorecard pages, you can select Export icon. to export the grid contents to a .csv or Excel® file.

In addition to the specific criteria set up for each category in Manage Scorecards, Achievement, Achievement %, and Award rows are added to the grid. The total individual, organization, and financial institution (FI) Achievement % values are combined into the Award $ as % graph. The Award Before Adj values for each individual category are also graphed.

If a scorecard has more than one category per level type, then a weighted score column appears to the right of each group of categories. The summary columns that may appear are Individual Weighted Score, Org Weighted Score, and Institution Weighted Score.

Note: Some columns may not be available based on the scorecard configuration in the Setup module.

  • Base - $1,250,000 is the guidance for the branch.
  • Objective - $1,500,000 must be achieved before the full incentive amount for the category is paid.
  • Achievement - $1,369,799 is the estimated actual achievement level for the year.
  • Achievement % - 47.919 percent is calculated as the achievement amount between the Base and Objective.
  • Opportunity - $9,600, or 20 percent, of the compensation is the initial set opportunity.
  • Award - $4,600 is 47.919 percent of $9,600, which is the forecasted award for this category.

Incentive Performance Score provides the cumulative totals. The Award amount shows the total incentive forecast.
