Resetting Your Password
On the Sign In page, you can change your password by selecting the Can't Access Your Account link or, following an invalid sign-in attempt, by selecting the Forgot Your Password link.

On the Sign In page, select Can't Access Your
Account or, following an invalid sign-in attempt, select Forgot
Your Password.
The Who Are You page opens. The application automatically fills in your User ID in most cases. - If the application did not fill in your User ID, enter your user ID.

Select a situation and follow the corresponding steps.
Situation Steps Use characters - Enter the characters shown in the picture.
Refresh - Select to request a different picture.
Use audio - Select to use the audio mode.
- Play the audio.
- As you listen, type the series of spoken words into the second text box, separating each word from the others by a space.
- Repeat the audio as many times as needed.

Select Next.
Note: If your User ID is incorrect, you cannot proceed. Contact your administrator for assistance.The next page displays a masked alternate or authentication email address that indicates where the system will send the verification code.
- Select Email.
- Without closing the browser, check your authentication email address for a message containing a six-digit verification code, and then copy the code to the clipboard.
- Return to your browser, and then paste or enter the verification code in the text box.
- Select Next.

Enter the new password that you want to use for this account in Enter New
Password and Confirm New Password.
A strong password is required.

Select Finish.
A confirmation message appears when your password is successfully reset. The system also sends a password reset notification to your authentication email address.

Select the link to return to the Sign In page.
