Performing a Hard Refresh for Browser Updates

When your internet browser updates, you can perform a hard refresh to ensure that Financial Performance Suite (FPS) functions correctly and to avoid any potential issues caused by outdated or corrupted data.

The following browsers are supported:

  • Google Chrome™ - Latest version
  • Microsoft Edge™ - Two most recent major versions
A hard refresh clears the browser cache and loads the most recent version of the page.
  1. Open a supported browser.
  2. Select a situation and follow the corresponding steps.
