FPS System Requirements

Since Financial Performance Suite (FPS) is a web-hosted application, an active connection to the internet is required for each machine used to access it.

Browser Requirements

The following browsers are supported:

  • Google Chrome™ - Latest version
  • Microsoft Edge™ - Two most recent major versions
Note: Microsoft® ended support for Internet Explorer® 11 (IE 11) on August 17, 2021. As a result, IE 11 is no longer supported or tested with the software.

Web App Settings

HTTPS is turned on so that all HTTP traffic is redirected to HTTPS.

The minimum inbound TLS encryption version is set to 1.2.

Active Directory®

If a financial institution has Azure Active Directory® (AAD), then they can federate with FPS and use their corporate credentials to log into FPS. Have your IT team members contact FPS support at FPSSupport@jackhenry.com for more information.

Any additional security setting or configuration, like multifactor authentication (MFA), is also available with the client's AAD if they have federated with FPS.

Transmitting Files for the Monthly Update Process

An institution's core system can perform the FTP process or files can be manually uploaded to the FTP site. FTPS and SFTP configurations are supported, as well as an encryption option.
