Signing In for the First Time

The Financial Performance Suite (FPS) administrator or another person with user permissions provides new users with their username and password. Then, the new users can sign in to FPS for the first time.

  1. Access FPS at https://prod.profitstarsfps.com.
  2. Use the credentials that the administrator provides to log in.
  3. Select and confirm a new password to replace the initially provided generic password.

    A strong password is required. Password requirements include:

    • Must be at least eight characters long

    • Must contain at least three of the following:

      • Uppercase letters
      • Lowercase letters
      • Numbers
      • Symbols
    • Cannot match any of your four last passwords
    • Cannot contain spaces
    • Cannot be the same as your username

    FPS passwords expire every 90 days.

Users are locked out of their accounts after six failed password attempts.

As an alternative to logging in with a username and password, you can choose to use the Azure Active Directory feature. This functionality requires working with your internal IT staff for assistance with the setup.
