Assigning Scorecard User Access

You can define which scorecards each user can access from the Manager Users page.

Before you can assign access, everyone who has a performance scorecard must be set up as a user even if they do not access the Financial Performance Suite (FPS) application. To add users, select Setup > Manage Users from the menu, and then select Add User.

Select Setup > Manage Users from the menu.
Select the ellipses in the Action column in the row of the user that you want to modify.
Select Scorecard Access.
The Scorecard Access page opens. The user's name and role are listed in the Details section, and all FPS users are listed in alphabetical order in the Users section.
Select the users in the list that the named user is allowed to access on the Scorecard page.
You can select All to select everyone in the list.
Select Save.
