You can review and assign a
Scorecard permission level to each user on the User
Detail page.
Before you can assign permissions, everyone who has a performance scorecard must be set
up as a user even if they do not access the Financial Performance Suite (FPS) application. To
add users, select from the menu, and then select Add User.
The Scorecard
permission level on the User Detail page and the Scorecard User Access page determine which scorecards users can see. A default
Scorecard permission level is assigned to each user based on their
role.
-
Select from the menu.
-
Select the ellipses in the Action column in the row
of the user that you want to modify.
-
Select User Detail.
The User Detail page
opens.
-
Select the Override User Role option, if needed.
This option is already turned on if the user's current permissions are
overriding the inherited role permissions.
The Do you want to override the User
Role? message appears.
-
Select Yes.
The override message does not appear if the Override User
Role option is turned on when the User
Detail page opens.
-
Select the appropriate Scorecard permission level in the
Scorecard panel.
The Executive permission level allows users to
access users that are associated with them in Scorecard User
Access. This permission level is the default for the Administrator standard
role.
For the Manager permission level, the list of a
manager's direct reports is defined in Scorecard User
Access.
The User permission level is the default for all
standard user roles except Administrator.
