Use this information to review and
assign a Scorecard permission level to each user.
Before you begin this task, everyone who
has a performance scorecard must be set up as a user even if they do not access the Financial
Performance Suite (FPS) system. To add users, navigate to , and then select Add User.
The Scorecard
permission level and Scorecard User Access determine which
scorecards users can see. A default Scorecard permission level is
assigned to each user based on their role. The information in this task helps you change the
default Scorecard permission level for users.

Select .

Select in the Actions column for a user, and then select
User Detail.
The User Detail page
opens.

Switch the Override User Role option to
On.
This option is already turned on if the user's current permissions are
overriding the inherited role permissions.
The Do you want to override the User
Role? message appears.

Select Yes.
The override message does not appear if the Override User
Role option is turned on when the User
Detail page opens.

Select the appropriate Scorecard permission level in the
Scorecard section.
The Executive permission level allows users to
drill into the users that are associated with them in Scorecard
User Access. This permission level is the default for the Administrator
standard role.
For the Manager permission level, the list of a
manager's direct reports is defined in Scorecard User
Access.
The User permission level is the default for all
standard user roles except Administrator.
