If your institution is licensed for the
Customer Profitability module, then selecting Customer from the
Profitability menu lets you access the Relationships and Summary pages to review
customer relationships.
Relationships
The Relationships page allows you to
break down relationship information using the default sort order, sorting through column
headings, or using the filtering tool.
Profit Statement Calculations - Loans
The Profit Statement section on the
Relationship View page shows profit statement values for
instruments in the current month.
Profit Trend Detail
If you select the Profit link on the Relationships page, then the Profit Trend
Detail page opens to show you profit trend results for the months that you
select.
Relationship View
The Relationship View page provides the customer list
and the corresponding relationships between them.
Summary
The flexibility of the Summary page allows you to view your existing relationships in multidimensional
ways. You can apply instrument-level filtering to the Profitability data, and then summarize the
results by organization, officer, and product.
