Adding an Adjustment

You can add an adjustment for scorecards on Setup > Manage Scorecards > Achievements/Adjustments.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Manage Scorecards > Achievements/Adjustments.
  2. Select Add..
    The Add Adjustment dialog box opens.
  3. Enter the Name for a specific user or Organization for an organization.
    This field is not available for institution-level adjustments.
  4. Select the Category to adjust.
  5. Add a Reason to explain why the adjustment is needed.
  6. Select OK.
