Adding an Adjustment

You can add an adjustment for scorecards on the Achievements/Adjustments setup page.

  1. Select Setup > Manage Scorecards > Setup Manage Scorecards > Achievements/Adjustments from the menu.
  2. Select a level.
    You can add adjustments at the Institution, Organization, or User level.
  3. Select ""Add.
    The Add Adjustment dialog box opens.
  4. Enter the Name for a specific user or Organization for an organization.
    This field is not available for institution-level adjustments.
  5. Select the Category to adjust.
  6. Enter a Reason to explain why the adjustment is needed.
  7. Select Apply.
    The new adjustment row is added to the grid.
  8. Enter values for each month as needed.
  9. Select Save.
