Adding and Updating Scorecard Parameters

You can add and update scorecard-related parameters, such as pool achievements, thresholds, and privacy settings, on the Parameters setup page.

1. Select Setup > Manage Scorecards > Setup Manage Scorecards > Parameters from the menu.
2. Add and update the pool achievement parameters as needed.
   
   

   

   
   
   1. Select a year in the Pool Achievements list.
   2. Select a Category.
   3. Select Add.
   4. Enter the Lower Achievement amount.
   5. Enter the Pool Funding %.
   6. Select Expected Payout Level, if applicable.
   7. Repeat steps c–f to add as many pool achievements as needed.
   8. Select Save.
3. Update the threshold parameters as needed.
   
   

   

   
   
   1. Select Thresholds.
   2. Enter the Opportunity Minimum Category Achievement.
   3. Enter the Opportunity Maximum Category Achievement.
   4. Enter the Rate Based Minimum Award Value.
   5. Select Save.
4. Update the parameters for published data sets as needed.
   
   

   

   
   
   1. Select Published Data Sets.
   2. Update the Privacy Setting for each published data set to either Private or Public as needed.
   3. Select Save.
