Setting Rate Betas and Lags for an Account

The Rate Betas and Lags option is available for rate-bearing detail accounts with the Offering Rate Method set to Manual or Key Rate.

1. Select Setup > Chart of Accounts from the menu.
2. Select or create an account.
3. Select the Rate Type panel.
4. Switch the Rate Betas and Lags option to On.
   
   

   

   
   
5. Select Add to add a rate scenario.
   You can repeat this step until the necessary scenarios are defined.
6. Enter the Beta percentage for each scenario.
7. Enter the number of Lag Months for each scenario.
8. Select a key rate from the Beta Driver drop-down list.
9. Select Save.
