Setting Rate Betas and Lags for an Account

The Rate Betas and Lags option is available for rate-bearing detail accounts with the Offering Rate Method set to Manual or Key Rate.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Chart of Accounts.
  2. Select or create an account.
  3. Navigate to the Rate Type panel.
  4. Switch the Rate Betas and Lags option to On.

  5. Select Add. to add a rate scenario.
    You can repeat this step until the necessary scenarios are defined.
  6. Enter the Beta percentage for each scenario.
  7. Enter the number of Lag Months for each scenario.
  8. Select a key rate from the Beta Driver drop-down list.
  9. Select Save.
You can continue to adjust the account's Rate Type panel settings as needed.
