You can copy, edit, delete, and
publish scorecards on the Manage Scorecards setup
page.

Select from the menu.

Select a situation and follow the corresponding steps.

Copying a Scorecard |
Use this option to copy an existing scorecard and either assign it to a new year or
a new user.
- Select
Copy for the scorecard that you want to copy.
- Enter new Base values for each category
within the scorecard.
- Edit remaining fields as needed.
- Select Save.

Editing a Scorecard |
- Select a user's Name to modify the settings
for a scorecard on the Scorecard Detail
page.
- Edit the information as needed.
- Select Save.

Deleting a Scorecard |

Select Delete.
A confirmation dialog box opens.
- Select Delete.

Publishing a Scorecard |
- Select Publish after the monthly update is
complete and all achievements are updated and necessary adjustments made.
- Select to publish the scorecards as Private or
Public.
- Select the Time Frame month that you want to
calculate the scorecards for.
The application reminds you to make
sure that all prerequisite actions are performed.
- Select Publish to begin the calculations that
populate the scorecards.
You can work in other parts of the
application during the publication process.
A notification appears when the selected month's incentive results are
successfully calculated and copied to the Scorecard
page. If the system encounters errors during the process, then you are notified.
