Working with Scorecards

You can copy, edit, delete, and publish scorecards.

Use the copy function to make the following tasks faster:
  • Copy an existing scorecard and assign it to a new year. New Base values must be entered for all categories.
  • Copy an existing scorecard and assign it to a new user. New Base values must be entered for all categories with an Achievement setting of Manual.
  1. Navigate to Setup > Manage Scorecards.
  2. Select a situation and follow the corresponding steps.

    Copy a scorecard
    1. Select the scorecard that you want to copy.
    2. Select Copy..
    3. Edit the scorecard to enter new Base values for each category within the scorecard.
    4. Select Save.
    Edit a scorecard
    1. Select Edit. to modify the settings for a scorecard on the Scorecard Details page.
    2. Change the information as needed.
    3. Select Save.
    Delete a scorecard
    1. Select Delete..

      A confirmation dialog box opens.

    2. Select Yes.
    Publish a scorecard
    1. After the monthly update is complete and all achievements are updated and necessary adjustments made, select Publish.
    2. Select the month that you want to calculate the scorecards for.

      The application reminds you to make sure that all prerequisite actions have been performed.

    3. Select Start to begin the calculations that populate the scorecards.

      You can work in other parts of the application during the publication process.

    A notification appears when the selected month's incentive results have been successfully calculated and copied to the Scorecard page. If the system encounters errors during the process, you are notified.
