Working with Scorecards

You can copy, edit, delete, and publish scorecards on the Manage Scorecards setup page.

  1. Select Setup > Manage Scorecards from the menu.
  2. Select a situation and follow the corresponding steps.

    Copying a Scorecard

    Use this option to copy an existing scorecard and either assign it to a new year or a new user.

    1. Select ""Copy for the scorecard that you want to copy.
    2. Enter new Base values for each category within the scorecard.
    3. Edit remaining fields as needed.
    4. Select Save.
    Editing a Scorecard
    1. Select a user's Name to modify the settings for a scorecard on the Scorecard Detail page.
    2. Edit the information as needed.
    3. Select Save.
    Deleting a Scorecard
    1. Select ""Delete.

      A confirmation dialog box opens.

    2. Select Delete.
    Publishing a Scorecard
    1. Select Publish after the monthly update is complete and all achievements are updated and necessary adjustments made.
    2. Select to publish the scorecards as Private or Public.
    3. Select the Time Frame month that you want to calculate the scorecards for.

      The application reminds you to make sure that all prerequisite actions are performed.

    4. Select Publish to begin the calculations that populate the scorecards.

      You can work in other parts of the application during the publication process.

    A notification appears when the selected month's incentive results are successfully calculated and copied to the Scorecard page. If the system encounters errors during the process, then you are notified.
