My Responsibilities

All users have a My Responsibilities page in the Forecasting module where they can see an overview of their organizational forecasts. Reviewers can also see other user's forecasts that they are responsible.

My Organizations

This tab is available for all users and shows an overview of their assigned organizations for forecasting. Use the In Progress, Submitted, or Approved sections to show organizations with the respective statuses. You can submit your organizational forecasts for the next level of approval from this tab.

My Reviewees

This tab is for users who administrators set up as reviewers. The In Progress, Submitted, and Approved sections show each direct reviewee that they are responsible for reviewing, as well as their status and last login information.

The Pending section allows reviewers to see organizations below their direct reviewees. You can view multiple approval levels below your direct reviewees.

Selecting the Status link for a reviewee shows a detailed breakdown of the organization status for the listed user.
