Pricing Reports

You can generate and view multiple pricing reports on the Create Reports page.

You can define and generate pricing reports on the Standard Reports tab on the Reporting > Create Reports page. You can generate other reports using the Report option on either the Pricing Opportunity - Instrument List or the Pricing Opportunity - Details pages.

Available pricing reports include:

Loan Detail

This report is generated from the Pricing Opportunity - Details page and contains all loan information associated with a specific instrument, including the annual income statement, scenarios, and simulations.

Loan Summary

This report is generated from the Pricing Opportunity - Details page and provides the basic characteristics of a specific loan and its annual income statement.

Relationship Summary

This report is generated from the Pricing Opportunity - Instrument List page and contains all information found in the grid, including the relationship's pricing opportunity profitability banner results.

After selecting one of these reports, you can open the requested report on the Reporting > View Reports page.
