Daily Update Process Resolution Methods

Use this information to understand the methods to resolve different errors that can occur during the daily update process.

The following resolution methods are available depending on the exception type:

Changes to Mapping
This method is available when the data in a field is not defined in the mapping. An additional drop-down list becomes available allowing you to map the unidentified data appropriately. For example, if this method is used, and an unknown string such as 999999 is found in a record's Application ID field, then you can select the appropriate ID from the drop-down list.
Temporary Correction
When using this resolution method, a Correction Value field appears that allows you to add or select a value from a list of options. The value is only used for the month or day being processed. For example, if a blank interest rate is encountered, then enter the interest rate in the Correction Value field.
Reject
Rejected records are ignored and are not included in the monthly/daily update. This resolution method is always an option in the Resolution drop-down list.
Note: Only the Changes to Mapping method provides a permanent fix for specific errors.
