Monthly Update Process

Use this information to understand where and how the monthly update process occurs.

Prior to this process, you can upload data files from your core system and any third-party files to a cloud-based file server. When extract files are uploaded, the application sends a notification to all administrators that the files are received. An administrator can validate the Update Month field and the uploaded files before beginning the monthly update process.

Administrators can also upload files directly into the application manually from the Update > Monthly Update Process page.
