Forcing a Forecast Submission |
There can be times when you, as a reviewer, must submit a forecast on
behalf of an end user or another reviewer in your review chain. This action keeps
the forecasting process moving if an end user forgets to submit a forecast or is out
of the office for a period.
-
Verify that you are viewing either the Pending
or In Progress organization sections.
The Pending section allows you to
Force Submit an organization's forecast on behalf of a
user below your direct reviewee.
The In Progress section allows you
to Force Submit an organization's forecast on behalf of
your direct reviewee.
-
Select Force Submit to submit the forecast for
review.
The forecast appears as Submitted in the
Status column in the Submitted section.
|
Unapproving a Forecast |
After you approve a forecast as a reviewer, you can also unapprove the
forecast. This action pushes the forecast down to the original submitter and makes
the forecast non-editable for you. This action is like the
Reject action but occurs after the forecast was
approved.
- Verify you are viewing the Approved organization section.
-
Select Unapprove to send a forecast back to the end
user.
The forecast appears as In Progress in the
Status column in the In Progress section.
