Modifying User Details

On the Manage Users page, selecting Actions > User Detail for a particular user opens the User Detail page where you can modify the user's name, email, or role.

  1. On the Manage Users page, select Actions > User Detail for a particular user to open the User Detail page.
  2. Edit the user's Email email address.
    The email address that you enter must match the company's domains.
  3. Edit the First Name and Last Name as needed.
  4. Change the User Role as needed.
  5. Select Save.
When you return to the Manage Users page, the user's updated information appears in the grid.
