Modifying User Details

You can modify the user's name, email, user role, or individual permissions on the User Detail page.

  1. Select Setup > Manage Users from the menu.
  2. Select the ellipses in the Action column in the row of the user that you want to modify.
  3. Select User Detail.
  4. Edit the user's Email email address.
    The email address that you enter must match the company's domains.
  5. Edit the First Name and Last Name as needed.
  6. Change the User Role as needed.
  7. Update the user's Organization Access, Officer Access, and Scorecard Access as needed.
    Selecting these options opens a new page to modify access. After you Apply the changes, you are returned to the User Detail page.
  8. Select the Override User Role option, if needed.
    This option is already turned on if the user's current permissions are overriding the inherited role permissions.
    The Do you want to override the User Role? message appears.
  9. Select Yes.
    The override message does not appear if the Override User Role option is turned on when the User Detail page opens.
  10. Expand each category panel and make the necessary changes to the user's permissions as needed.
  11. Select Save.
When you return to the Manage Users page, the user's updated information appears in the grid.
