Working with Organization Groups

You can create, modify, copy, or delete organization groups to set up a customized organizational structure.

Your institution must be licensed for Organization Profitability.
  1. Navigate to Setup > Organization.
  2. Select Organization Groups.
  3. Select a situation and follow the corresponding steps.

    Adding an Organization Group
    1. Select "" Add.
    2. Enter a Name.
    3. Select the Organizations to include in the group.
    Modifying an Organization Group
    1. Select an organization group from the list that you want to modify.
    2. Modify the Name and Organizations as needed.
    Copying an Organization Group
    1. Select an organization group from the list that you want to copy.
    2. Select "" Copy.
    3. Modify the Name and Organizations as needed.
    Deleting an Organization Group
    1. Select an organization group from the list that you want to delete.
    2. Select "" Delete.
    3. Select Delete on the confirmation message that appears.
  4. Select Apply to save your changes.

You can use organization groups when you are viewing allocation results on the Income Statement and Balance Sheet pages under Profitability > Organization.

You can also use organization groups when you are creating standard reports.
