Copying and Pasting Forecasting Data

You can copy and paste forecasting data from Excel® into several of the Forecasting module grids or from the grids into Excel®.

1. Open one of the following pages from the Forecasting menu:
   • Forecasting Detail
   • Forecasting Key Rates
   • Forecasting Supplemental Data
   • Forecasting Summary
2. Select a situation and follow the corresponding steps.

   Situation	Steps
   Copying and Pasting from Excel® into a Forecasting Grid	Verify that the data in Excel® does not contain decimals or commas and adjust the data if needed. Copy the data in Excel® to the clipboard. Select the beginning cell to paste the data into in the Forecasting module grid. Select Ctrl+V on the keyboard to paste the data into the Forecasting grid.
   Copying and Pasting from a Forecasting Grid into Excel®	Select the beginning cell that you want to copy in the Forecasting grid and drag the cursor across the grid to select all remaining cells to copy. Right-click in the grid and select to either Copy or Copy with Headers. You can also select Ctrl+C on the keyboard to copy cells without headers. Paste the copied data into the appropriate cells in Excel®.

3. Select Save.
