Pricing Loan Volume

Refer to the Pricing Loan Volume panel to see the institution's Top 5|Bottom 5 loan products, by total loan amount, which have a status of Pricing.

The loan amount shown for each product is calculated from the original balances of the loans assigned to that product. The panel also provides the total number of loans included in each product.

If another user creates or modifies a loan in the pricing side of the application, the data in the panel is updated when you refresh the home page. Selecting F5 or navigating away from and then back to the home page causes the panel to show updated values.

Note: If newly created or modified loans do not fall in the top five or bottom five of loan products by total loan amount, refreshing the page does not change what appears in the panel.

Selecting a row in the panel takes you to the Pricing - Loans page, which automatically filters by the selected loan type and pricing status.
