Refreshing and Exporting Data from the FPS Function Manager

You can refresh and export one or all sheets in your Excel® workbook from the Financial Performance Suite (FPS) Function Manager Excel® add-in.

Select the FPS Function Manager add-in on the Home tab in Excel®.
The add-in opens in an Excel® panel.
Sign in to the add-in, if needed.
Select the Excel® sheet that you want to refresh or export.

Select a situation and follow the corresponding steps.

Situation	Steps
Refreshing Data	Select Refresh. Select `Active Sheet` to refresh the active Excel® sheet or `All Sheets (Workbook)` to refresh all sheets in the Excel® workbook. The data is refreshed on the active sheet or all sheets in the workbook.
Exporting Data	When data is exported, it is exported as values only. No formulas are exported. Select Export. Select one of the following options: `Active Sheet to Current Workbook` `Active Sheet to New Workbook` `All Sheets to Current Workbook` `All Sheets to New Workbook` Either the active sheet or all sheets are exported into a new sheet within the same workbook or into a new workbook. The exported sheets are named `Export_[NameofSheet]`.

Refreshing Data

Select Refresh.
Select Active Sheet to refresh the active Excel® sheet or All Sheets (Workbook) to refresh all sheets in the Excel® workbook.

The data is refreshed on the active sheet or all sheets in the workbook.

Exporting Data

When data is exported, it is exported as values only. No formulas are exported.

Select Export.
Select one of the following options:
- Active Sheet to Current Workbook
- Active Sheet to New Workbook
- All Sheets to Current Workbook
- All Sheets to New Workbook

Either the active sheet or all sheets are exported into a new sheet within the same workbook or into a new workbook. The exported sheets are named Export_[NameofSheet].
