Accessing Training Videos on JHU

Use this information to access the Financial Performance Suite (FPS) training videos on Jack Henry University (JHU).

JHU is a learning management system (LMS) used for delivering and administering learning and development programs. JHU connects you to self-paced or instructor-led courses, reporting, and more.
  1. Navigate to the For Clients portal.
    The For Clients administrator (FC Admin) at your company must provide you with a username and password to the portal. Your FC Admin must grant you permission to use JHU, so verify with them that you have the necessary permissions.
  2. Select Tools/Administration > Jack Henry University.

    The Jack Henry University link is found in the Educational Tools section.

  3. Enter the training video or learning plan name in the Search field at the top of the page.
    You can also select My Products or My Catalogs to perform a search on those pages.
    A drop-down list appears as you type to show you relevant learning material.
  4. Choose one of the following after entering your search criteria.
    • Press Enter or select All Results to show all search results and select the course from the list.
    • Select a training course or learning plan from the drop-down list to open it directly.
  5. Select Enroll.
  6. Select Start Learning.
After you are enrolled in an individual training course or learning plan, it appears on your My Course List page. You can return to the course or learning plan at any time.
