Sharing Report Favorites

You can share a favorite report with other users from the Favorites tab on the Create Reports page.

Sharing a report allows other users to generate the report from their own list of favorite reports.
  1. Navigate to Reporting > Create Reports.
  2. Select the Favorites tab.
  3. Select a report.
  4. Select each user who you want to share the report with in the Share With parameter.
  5. Select either Read Only or Editable to determine the access level that is provided to the shared users of the report.
    The Read Only option shares the report and does not allow any changes to the report parameters. The Editable option shares the report and does allow changes to the report parameters.
  6. Select Save.
The shared report is now available to your selected users in their list of favorite reports.
