You can save a group
of favorite reports with defined parameters as a report packet for quick and easy access on the
Create Reports page.
You must have favorite reports to create
report packets.

Select from the menu.

Select the Packets tab.

Select
Add.
You can also
Copy an existing report packet and modify the parameters.

Enter a Report Packet Name.

Select which Favorite Reports to include in the report
packet.

Select which Organization to include in the report packet.

Select a What If Model.

Select a Report File Type.

Select Recipients who must receive the generated report
packet.

Select each user who you want to share the report packet with in the Share
With parameter.

Select either Read Only or Editable to
determine the access level that is provided to the shared users of the report
packet.
The Read Only option shares the report packet and
does not allow any changes to the parameters. The Editable option
shares the report packet and does allow changes to the parameters.

Select if you want to Apply User Permissions to
Recipients.

Select if you want to generate the report packet now or schedule it.

Select Save.
Select the Packets tab to see a list of the report
packets that you have saved or that are shared with you. Report packets that are set up to
generate on a recurring schedule are marked as
Recurs.
If a report packet requires changes, then you can modify the packet on the
Packets tab.
To delete a report packet, select
Delete to remove it from the list.
