This table lists and describes all the officer fields used in FPS.
| FPS Officer Fields | Field Descriptions |

| Officer ID | Identifies the employee who manages or is responsible for the account. |
| Officer Name | The name of the officer at the financial institution associated with the Officer ID. |
| Officer Title | The position title of the officer at the financial institution. |
| Officer's Email Address | The officer's email address at the financial institution. |
