Participation Details

When you are pricing a new loan, the application can model the profitability of loans that have participations sold on the Pricing Opportunity page.

You can select the Participation Details panel to enter amounts. When you enter values, the Save and Cancel buttons become active.

The loan profitability calculations, such as Projected ROE and Projected Profit, are based on the retained balance.

Model a loan participation purchased like any other loan using the terms applicable to your institution or the purchaser.
