Exporting to Synapsys

You can export your Financial Performance Suite (FPS) data to Synapsys using the Account Profitability Export report.

Your institution must be licensed for Profitability.

Select Reporting > Create Reports from the menu.
The Standard tab is selected by default.
Select the Customer Profitability report type.
Select the Account Profitability Export report.
Select the parameters to include.
Generate the report.
Select Reporting > View Reports from the menu.
Save the report file as Account Profitability Export.csv to the Synapsys Data Directory on your server.

CAUTION:
Do not open the file during this step because that can affect the required formatting of the file. If it is the first time that the report is exported, then a setup case must be created with Synapsys Support.

The database load process picks up the file from the Synapsys Data Directory and imports the data into Synapsys. The imported file is renamed in the Synapsys Data Directory after the data is imported.
