Creating Report Favorites

You can save a standard report with defined parameters as a favorite report for quick and easy access.

  1. Navigate to Reporting > Create Reports.
  2. Expand the report categories or perform a search to find a specific report on the Standard tab.
  3. Select the Save as Favorite option.
  4. Enter a name for the new favorite report.
  5. Complete the other parameters as needed.
  6. Select Save.

Select the Favorites tab to see a list of the reports that you have saved or that are shared with you. Reports that are set up to generate on a recurring schedule appear with the "" recurring schedule icon.

If a report requires changes, then you can modify the report parameters on the Favorites tab.

To delete a favorite report, select "" Delete to remove it from the list.
