Loan Pipeline

The Loan Pipeline panel groups all the institution's loans by status and lists the statuses alphabetically.

The total loan amount and number of loans for each status are provided. The loan amount that appears for each status is calculated from the original balances of the loans assigned to that status, not the current balances.

If another user creates or modifies a loan in the pricing side of the application and the loan's status is affected, the data in the panel is updated the next time the home page is refreshed. Selecting F5 or navigating away from and then back to the home page causes the panel to show updated values.

Selecting a row in the panel takes you to the Pricing - Loans page, which automatically filters by the selected status.
